Robert works as a driver for a limousine service.  He does his job very well and makes a great impression for his company.  He constantly runs into a difficult situation, especially when he works late and after his guests have been drinking, where they ask him to stay out later without charging them for the expensive "over-time".  He hates having to charge them because they are usually angry, blame him and take it out of his tip.  He is frustrated because he is just trying to do his job and he becomes the "bad-guy".  He has become increasingly bitter because he knows that other drivers don't charge their guests for the extra time and they usually get a much better tip because of it.  He doesn't think its fair, but would never tell the boss.  He has thought about doing the same thing that he sees others doing. After implementing Virtual Fleet Supervisor, Robert is so happy that he longer has to be "the bad guy" as he tells his guests that he would love to help them, but that management GPS tracks his vehicle so there is nothing he can do.  He is also happy that others aren't getting away with cheating the company, especially when he is doing his job correctly.  Beyond that, Robert no longer worries about his expensive vehicle being stolen since he has anti-theft protection and all of his hours are tracked as a back-up just in case he forgets to write them down.  Robert is happy to prove his worth to his company and his company adds 5 hours of billed time per week which equates to an increase of $1,600 in monthly profit.
